How a consult works

• Initial consult (1 hour). By phone or Zoom, we talk through the emotions and situations you're dealing with.
• Your custom bottle. Once we've narrowed down the main issues, I mix a treatment bottle made just for you.
• Follow-up (30 minutes). We check in and adjust your bottle if needed.
