No perfume, cologne or other synthetic fragrances on the day of your appointment, please. I'm allergic to them, and so are some of my clients. Please also avoid smoking right before you arrive. Essential oils are totally fine!
Unexpected things happen in everyone's life. These policies keep things fair for every client.
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel, so someone else can use that time. Without it, you'll be charged the full appointment amount, due before your next visit.
That said, life happens. If you wake up with a fever, a sick child or car trouble, I won't charge you unless it becomes a habit.
If you forget or choose to skip your appointment without letting me know, it's considered a no-show and you'll be charged for the missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting, and the full session is still charged. Please plan to be on time.
